ElBaradei: Israel has peace agreement with Mubarak, not with Egypt
Rational Public Radio ^ | 2/7/11 | Scott Connery

"One of the reasons that the revolt in Egypt is so important is what their new government's foreign policy will be.

The Middle East is tumultuous at the best of times, but Egypt hasn't been a part of the fighting since 1973 with the exception of a brief skirmish with Libya in 1977.

Now, it looks like Mubarak's regime will fall. Mubarak is 83 years old, and the current riots make it seem unlikely that he will hold onto power until Egypt's election this fall."

“El Baradei just put his foot into his mouth, big time. His liberal Western supporters will have a hard time ignoring his official anti-Israel coming-out.”

No they won`t.

Now that’s a crystal clear call for war with Isreal from El Barad[ei].

Yes. Wonder whose voice it is? Old turncoat Jew-betrayer Soros's, or the Muslim Brotherhood's? Right now they're d'accord on the subject of Jews and Israel, so it's hard to tell.

El-Baradei is their transitional Allende/Mossadegh/Big Minh character, would be my guess. The people standing in the shadows are the ones we really need to kill. But they're the ones The Pres_ent is talking to and conniving with.

According to what I’ve read, most of the $1.5 billion goes to Egypt in the form of military product that we produce. Not that much in financial aide.

Quote from same article:

SPIEGEL: "Are you now saying that a government that included participation by the Muslim Brotherhood would continue on with Mubarak's policies toward Israel?"

ElBaradei:"No. Something the Israelis also need to grasp is that it's impossible to make peace with a single man. At the moment, they have a peace treaty with Mubarak, but not one with the Egyptian people. The Israelis should understand that it is in their long-term interest to have a democratic Egypt as a neighbor, and that it is prudent to acknowledge the legitimate interests of the Palestinians and to grant them their own state."

The Aswan Dam is Egypt's Achilles Heel. IF the IAF destroys it, so goes Egypt.

I doubt that. His supporters in the West hate Israel and America, just as much as he does.

And MOHAMED El Baradei was in charge of overseeing the IAEA which was making sure that Iran wasn’t manufacturing atomic weapons to destroy Israel with.

What an utterly cruel joke.

I heard this a day or two ago. Then I heard that the Muslim Brotherhood thinks the Egyptian peace treaty with Israel should be honored.

My felling is that this is all a dance to make the Muslim Brotherhood seem like a "moderate" group. Never mind that a few days earlier they were telling Egyptians to prepare for war with Israel.
