No the one who "started" it is Mubarak who, even as he ruthlessly persecuted secularists, slyly favored the MB for the past few decades by allowing them to create the most extensive charitible and political network in Egypt. Those who claim that Mubarak hates the MB, should ask yourself this: why did it become the largest and best organized opposition force during his regime?
If you, and other freepers, who defend this welfare bum, lived in Egypt Mubarak would put you in jail or worse. How can you defend such a man?

I saw him on the news shows just this morning refusing to bad-mouth Sarah, despite a kind of stuttering bully-job by the dumb-@ss John Heilman who wanted Kristol to denounce the hate-spewing Republicans, a la Sarah.
Kristol said he thought that after SP left the governorship she had a great opportunity to outline some fresh international & domestic policies which he was eager for but that she had ‘disappointed’ him somewhat by not doing so as effectively as she might have.
But he added that she is young and very smart and that there are still plenty of elections ahead of her.
Kristol isn’t a movement conservative but he has battled hard on some movement issues and he hasn’t run from Sarah or turned on her, which is more than most of the national Republicans can say.

Oooohhh I get it now. So if he had really supported the Republican ticket then he would have OPPOSED her being on it, in which case he would REALLY have been SUPPORTING the ticket that HAD SARAH ON IT.

No one is DEFENDING Mubarak, we just aren’t willing to join the Islamofascist that want to kill us.

Yeah right Mubarak supported the very same people that assasinated SADAT and made numerous attempts to murder himself. Where do you get you propaganda?
The last time I checked, Mubarak was honoring the peace treaty with Israel. Is that your REAL problem with him? Your rantings about him enabling the Brotherhood are so redundant and unsourced, it makes me think you WANT them to take power.
