Really, the whole movement — including “The Tea Party” — is consumed entirely with debt and spending. Apparently, they’re the only “safe issues” anyone is allowed to touch.
The decision to wave the white flag on “social issues” has been made, apparently. We may now continue our national suicide.

And to be honest, no spending will be cut. The TEA party rolled over pretty quickly on that.
