I’ve said it before. It isn’t the advance of technology that makes civilization.

Civilization is when you stop fighting over food.

So now that this global warming crisis has them fighting over food, civilization is doomed, for them.

Or it could be a simple case of a snake shedding it’s skin.

It’s true, civilization results from food surplus. OF coure, decadence is a result of civilization, so... :’)
