PENSACOLA, Fla.—The Justice Department asked a federal judge in Florida on Thursday to tell states that they must continue to enact the Obama administration's health care overhaul despite the judge's ruling that the law is unconstitutional. In a motion to clarify, administration attorneys asked U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson to make clear that states cannot ignore the new health care laws while his ruling is being appealed. At stake, according to the government's motion, are provisions of the new law that would create chaos if ignored by the states.

Let’s try to understand this. The Administration can understand a 2,100 page puzzle book of a healthcare law but can’t understand the 78 pages criticizing it?
That’s right idiot. Pi$$ off the judge. He gave Obie the opportunity to do the right thing. They keep a$$ing around and somebody will be going to jail.
I can think of a few people. Mr. Smith, Wesson, Glock, and Winchester.
I’m confused, If they are so worried about rulings, why has the Obama administration refused to allow off shore drilling against that judges order? Hmmmmmm......
He will not go along with this. He already stated his decision was a de facto ban to implement any part of Obamacare.

There was no grace period. Obamacare is unconstituional and the fed. gubbermint is supposed to follow the law.

If they want a stay, then they should appeal it to a higher court and ask the judges there to issue a stay.

Gee, wouldn't an alleged Constitutional Law Professor (yes, we all know that's a myth) know what the judge mean?
Why are they paying attention to them. It like the CEO of Gm. He had no right or power to fire him afaik.

I have a hard time believing that, considering Obamacare is no longer law. The republicans need to defund every pet project and strip the executive branch from handling any monies it’s stolen from the American taxpayers. Shut down the government and eliminate every Alaphabet group agency, police all the loose stimulus monies......if that doesn’t do the trick. IMPEACH OBAMA.
