The Rev. Jesse Jackson arrived around noon Friday, speaking to the near-capacity crowd for about five minutes. From the second level of the Capitol rotunda, he led the crowd in chants including “Save the teachers. Save the children.” Protesters swayed as Jackson led them in a rendition of the song, “We Shall Overcome.”

“If we can find the money to bail out wealthy businessmen, we can bail out Madison, Wisconsin!” Jackson yelled, to thunderous applause from the crowd, many of them clad in Badger red.

The original media whore. Leading the protesters in a rendition of "We Shall Overcome", stuck in time, still espousing the leftist demagoguery otherwise known as "What's In It For Jesse Jackson?", Jesse Jackson is the anachronism.

Yea he has not had his name in the news recently, he needs the exposure

He should be more worried about the failing Black kids ... than their teachers retirement

RUMOR: From an assembly staffer: Obama rumored to be coming to WI Capitol MONDAY, which is a state furlough day.

Watch him stick his nose in state affairs again. He knows what is at stake.

But it’s jut a RUMOR...

“We Shall Overcome” what, exactly???

Rule of law?

Taxpayers?

Personal Responsibility?

Election Results?

This situation has leapt into parody.

According to my cousin living in Madison, about 90% of the protesters don’t even live in the state. This is the ultimate example of astroturf.

Our afternoon drive time talk-radio host was playing the game called “what did Jesse Jackson say?” during yesterday’s show. They played a couple clips, and sure enough, half of what he said was unintelligible.

I’m glad he got involved; his showing up on the same side as the Kenyan Pirate illustrates just what type of person our “Community Organizer In Chief” really is. Maybe Je$$e will threaten to castrate the governor this time instead of our Imam.

Only the real sick insane nitwits would remain with the Democratic Party. Jesse Jackson is a stone fool and his days as a leader is only with the communists.

A Community Organizer is paid to foment resentment and class envy. That is how they gain power and influence. Think of them as simply a local version of Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton. That is who Obama is. Obama is a more polished version of Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson.
