If the protester wants to see what democracy looks like, I'd be happy to arrange a mob to go collect these Senator missing in action. The moron is actually pretty d*mn lucky we live in a Democratic Republic where we submit to the authority and law of a Higher Power. So he is correct -- this is not what a democracy looks like -- and he should be grateful for that. But, if he needs to be taught a civics lesson ... for his own good ... it could be arranged. I have yet to see the Wisconsin law cited that gives the governor or anybody else the authority to compel a member of the state senate to attend the senate. I'm not saying that it doesn't exist only that I haven't seen it in any of the numerous posts about it.

If there is no such law, then all of this stuff is political show.
