If all they can do is knock on the door, then this is an useless exercise. The fugitives don’t need to leave the state. They can just stay at home or anywhere they would like where they don’t have to answer the door.
No.
I suppose democracy is best represented by lefty lawmakers fleeing their responsibilities via the short yellow school bus.
How do they expect reasonable adult human beings to respect them when they behave like that?
To the lone protester:
We arent’ a Democracy anyway. We are The Republic of The United States.
Say the pledge of allegiance and you easily figure that one out.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
If you or I refused to go to work, we’d be fired toot sweet. High time our officials be held accountable for their actions, as well.
My boss would never send someone to fetch me.
My azz would be looking for work the next day.
All for show anyway.
No way. No way is this going to be drawn out for weeks. It just takes one (One!) of these guys to break ranks and come home to vote and they’ll have a quorum. It won’t be long before one of them is going to see that being the first to choose duty over party might save his/her political bacon and then there will be a rush to get back to Madison and be the first to stand before the cameras and proclaim their loyalty to their constituents.
I bet if Governor Walker cancels their state senate credit cards and they have to start paying hotel bills and meals out of their own pockets they fold like a cheap suit.
>It wont be long before one of them is going to see that being the first to choose duty over party might save his/her political bacon and then there will be a rush to get back to Madison and be the first to stand before the cameras and proclaim their loyalty to their constituents.<
Sssssh!
And demonstrators think democracy is represented by Democrats?
Izzat the same democrats who have never seen a history book, know nothing about economics, evade taxes, screw everything in sight (in both the literal and figurative senses), hide their backgrounds, and consistently demonstrate stratospheric levels of scientific idiocy?
Those democrats?
If there is no such law, then all of this stuff is political show.
These people are supposed to be “representatives”.
If they aren’t there, doing their jobs, they aren’t “representativing”.
Their seats ARE VACANT.
Start the elections, Gov, start them Monday.
First of all you have to have reasonable adult voters in these districts that continue to support a person acting like a communists.
>We arent a Democracy anyway. We are The Republic of The United States.<
We’re supposed to be a republic.
I have no idea what we really are nowadays. Could it be called a hybrid of feudalism, socialism and nihilism?
Oh. I forgot about that.
Their supporters are not reasonable adult human beings.
