What makes the difference if has, or has not, donated to any damn thing? It’s his money; he can do with it as he pleases.
Why do people, even on FR, slam the wealthy? These folks are living their dream. I don’t know if they own the company ( or a portion of it), or if the company’s BofD sees him/them as a valued asset such that the salary and perks are appropriate to keep them around (and away from other companies).
Either way, IT SHOULD NOT MATTER to anyone who professes a free-market philosophy.
Granted, the playing field isn’t level in all instances, but it’s wrong-headed to blame the players when the fault lies with the league office...
