Is this another Wikileak item?

This amounts to China shaking a bunch of IOUs in America’s face and screaming “you promised us!”

While continuing to operate the Wal-Mart cheap-junk factories at full tilt.

So, in a very real way the political battle in Wisconsin is about national security and American independence.

The way to handle them using our debt against us, is every time the threaten us with it just threaten to default on it.

nothing easier. They need us as much as we need them now.

“China is the largest holder of US debt, underpinning US government spending. Its holdings of US Treasuries have more than doubled since 2007. “

And Obama and the Dems want to keep spending and borrowing more from China, giving them even more leverage.

“every time the threaten us with it just threaten to default on it. “

Then they will just take us over — better start learning Chinese...

The Chinese are absolutely terrified we will devalue the dollar: in that case all their bonds will be nearly worthless.

As for taking over the nation, let them try. I guarantee there won’t be much left of either China or the U.S.A. afterwards.

Can Helicopter Ben just ‘print’ $1 Trillion especially for China? We borrowed dollars, we’ll pay them in dollars. No one said anything about inflation.

Well that’s a no brainer. They are Chinese! Of COURSE they will use that against us!

This is just confirmationof what any half intelligent person would know.

Was there any doubt? And, unfortunately, we can’t pin all the blame on Obama and the Democrats. The Bushes were very big about making China more like us and they instead succeeded in making us more like China.

Wow, that strategy would do wonders for our credit rating...

While that would please a lot of people it would also affect the USA’s International rating which is probably not as good as it should be at present. That would not be a good thing as the Chinese and a lot of other people would dump the dollar, totally.

There is nothing more frightening to me than to have America enslaved to China’s masters by our own debt. IT MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN.

You do not understand the meaning of default. The Chinese would be entitled to every aspect of the US economy. Better start learning Chinese along with learning how to bow.

Incredible. Think about what you are saying, if you can.

Yes.. there is a tipping point at which your debt to the banker defines as them owning you or you owning them. It takes a strong executive to press the latter position. Something we don’t have currently.

In case you missed it, Bush 1 and Bush 2 are now gone. Neither one had the guts to say "NO" to any spending bill that was sent to them. So we are now insolvent. Welcome your Chinese masters.....? (The cruelest masters in human history if you happen to read up on their history.)

How? Their military is no match for ours unless a certain high-ranking politician has scrapped all of our major weapons and programs?

If we default then all of our retirement accounts will be empty, our dollars will be Zimbabwe dollars.
China has a huge excess of young males that need something to do =/
