HICKORY, N.C. (AP) - More than four months after a 10-year-old disabled girl disappeared, her jailed stepmother was charged with murdering her with the indictment coming the same day authorities revealed that they haven't been able to find the dismembered girl's head.
Elisa Baker, 42, was charged with second-degree murder Monday and authorities said she desecrated Zahra Baker's remains to cover up the slaying. Zahra's death was caused by "undetermined homicidal violence," medical examiners said in documents.

Hanging is too good for this woman, If convicted she should get first place in the line for the death penalty.
And, of course, child services investigated allegations of abuse months before the death but concluded there was no evidence. What a tragedy.
The other part of the story that strikes me is that the father put his daughter in this situation. We talk about women who marry abusive men and how they share the blame when the men abuse their kids. This shows that men sometimes marry abusive women. Read this woman's history. It should not be that surprising that she was abusive and the father should have seen it.
She looks evil.

I was watching a show that had this case on it. The step-mom is into witchcraft and I believe vampirism as well. I think that the eyes really are the windows to the soul, and whatever is inside this woman is totally decayed and rotten.
