Menu on new flight out of Tel Aviv branded 'insensitive'

EasyJet has been branded 'insensitive' by Jewish customers who were served bacon sandwiches on a flight from Israel.

Airline staff for the budget airline were forced to apologise on the route to London when passengers of the Jewish faith were offered only ham melts and bacon baguettes.

The airline claims to take pride in its inclusion of kosher food on the journey which was was introduced only in November.

The old testament is full of atrocities, slavery, and mass murder. Following every tenet, word for word, would get one into prison in a hurry.

That's pretty insensitive toward religions, like Judaism, that believe otherwise.

For that matter, you never heard of some Christians abstaining from meat on Fridays or certain foods over Lent?

Leviticus says a lot of things.

No eating shellfish, (forget about Lobster Newburgh, Cajun Crawfish, Oysters Rockefeller, or Shrimp Scampi.)

Men shouldn’t trim, let alone shave their beards, (All those barbers complicit in sin...)

Women should never wear red garments, (Well, that one did backfire on John Dillinger outside that theater.)

And many, many more things one just shouldn’t do.

(And here I was always under the impression that Jesus and the New Testament kinda supplanted most of the more esoteric ones of the OT......or at least that’s what the nuns told me.)
