Meghan McCain, daughter of U.S. Senator John McCain spoke at Indiana State University tonight. McCain shared her experience on the campaign trail with her father as well as where she sees the country going politically. One big goal of hers is to redefine republicanism.
"I have two theories. The first is in the next election Republicans will nominate a very extreme conservative. If that happens I think that the idea of a third party rising up could happen for the first time in history," McCain said.

I think the possibility exists that a third party candidate will more likely be from the left than from the right.
In fact, I think there might even be more than one challenge to Obama and those challenges will be third party candidates from the left.
Perhaps even Ralph Nader might run again. If he does, I think his possible candidacy might advance a lot further than it ever did before.
I have two theories: One, Meghan is a dumbass, spoiled brat that thrive on getting some kind of attention (look at me!!)
Two, she is seeing the end of “her people’s” stranglehold on the R party as the tea party pushes them (useless deadwood) to the side.
Meghan, go home to Arizona and get outa Indiana please you are stinking it up with your foul breath.
Can’t we get some type of ruling that nothing about Ms. McCain can ever be posted on FR?

I bet the university paid her to speak. Taxpayer dollars flushed down a toilet once again. This is what happens when government is involved in education. State universities are going down the tubes.
I think that she and David Frum ought to form their own party.
