Found out the TSA has the right to pat-down anyone, including little girls and boys, no matter the age, . . .

No offense, but I must correct you, sir.

YOU have the RIGHT to be secure in your person, house, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, that SHALL NOT be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The TSA has a regulation, not law, that says they have the "right" to take away YOUR RIGHT.

The only question is, will you let the TSA take away YOUR RIGHT. Given that after all of the scanning and groping, the TSA has not stopped one single terrorist and its neglect of our border, what does this tell you?

I laugh at those who condone this sexual assault in order to "feel safe" and convince the victim that the victim is indeed not a terrorist. This is nothing short of Big Sis conditioning the public to let the public know who's boss.

As for myself I am not a terrorist, I am not scared of terrorists (and therefore defeat them), and I will not allow anyone to take away MY RIGHT without a fight. I pity the fool that lays a hand on one of my kids, wife or myself.

We taught our children from the time they were knee-high that their privates are private. But it's somehow OK if someone wears a uniform from an agency that makes up its own regulation claiming that it can molest children and others at will? I think not.

Whatever happened to the men that used to live in America?

I have yet to see a single Freeper fulminating about this to actually hit the news as having bucked the TSA and gotten arrested, or even report having personally done it and somehow evading arrest. The trumpets blow loudly but who’s marching?

I understand and agree with you, but ythe TSA would not. They have already asserted their right to arrest you and fine you if you dare cross them. This is what came out during the 'Don't Touch My Junk' incident, according to them.

A government regulation to a governmental employee becomes an absolute right to them. Do not dare cross them or try to fight them, they will say.
