Seattle stops enforcing laws when defendent is "an oppressed minority"

On TV now. Seattle has announced it will not prosecute any protected minority because such is "racist" since most defendents are minorities. Also, will no longer require a college degree from job applicants since such a requirement is "racist" since most minorities don't have one. Also, illegal aliens will not be prosecuted for any crime committed since they, too, are the victims of our racist society. And, illegal alien criminals in jail will be released more quickly so that INS cannot deport them.

Nope - on the city’s website, reported on Fox news!

Man I love this city!

The only outrage was when a cop wrote in the cop newspaper an article saying “Shut up and eat your taco!” or something.

I hope this is satire but I don’t know.

I’m finding out that Texas in 10 years is lost which means NO new conservative Presidents ever which means America is LOST. It’s over. It’ll be a socialist, commie Brazil of the north paradise.

Come to find out, Germany is being overrun like Texas, France is, England, Italy is too and the colonial nations like Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Over, over and over.

What am I supposed to send my kids to live in frickin Russia? WTH!

I’m not sure they won’t prosecute at all. It did say certain offences will be ignored that are “deemed more unfair to minorities”. I suppose that WOULD eliminate all of the traffice violations, as none of the foreigners know how to drive!

And jail time WOULD be less. Giving the feds less time to get around and coming to deport illegals.

Time for a Criminal lawsuit against Seattle:

US CODE, TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 13, § 241 —— Conspiracy against rights
 
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
 
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
 
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

The underlines portion is undoubtedly applicable, because the 14th Amendment says, in part:
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

I seriously want to see this applied against that city!
