Malfeasance becomes an issue at some point. The WI Constitution allows representatives to be compelled to attend to their legislative business, something the Founders didn’t forsee for Congress. If they’re AWOL, they shouldn’t be paid at some point. And in the end, should be subject to more severe sanctions.
