EXCERPT
Sheenwhile maintaining that he was on "a quest to claim absolute victory"said he plans to go back and finish the season of Two and a Half Men and he can "sort of understand why" CBS felt the need to intervene after some high-profile incident. Morgan touched on the domestic abuse issue but for the most part went pretty easy on Sheen, offering compliments including "TV needs you" and "You're kind of the Che Guevara of Hollywood at the moment."

Frankly, I’m wondering what the real story is here. The media is spending a huge amount of time with a guy who has done rehab a half-dozen times and acts dopey whenever he’s being interviewed. The show had maybe another year or two before it would have run its full course. Don’t we have anything better to get worried about?
Of course there are better things to be talking about but we humans don’t always want to think about the big important stuff all the time. Otherwise, would Paris Hilton even exist?
That said the most disgusting thing I’ve seen on TV about this issue was watching Bill Maher gush about Charlie Sheen last night on Jimmy Kimmel. He just couldn’t express his admiration enough. And why not? They’re both egotistical, narcissistic, utterly selfish and they both nurse a serious hatred of women. Although Sheen has actually married a few times and professes to love his kids.
Show Business - Feeding Egomania For More Than A Century.
Charlie has an impressive stable of handlers and publicists who are all out working feverishly to schedule these interviews and give him the platform for making an even bigger fool out of himself on a daily basis.
Only in Hollywood would they turn their back on the fact that this man is a serial abuser of women and a drug addict spiraling toward destruction. Let him criticize CBS though and they finally do something. Crazy!
Is he the Sheen that called Bush a “white-knuckled drunk?”
Sheen appears to be in a bipolar manic phase with delusions of grandeur. The press is seizing the opportunity to document Sheen’s self destruction. A perfectly matched union.
One, TV doesn't need anyone; and, two, being called the Che Guevara of Hollywood, even by a twit like Morgan, is no compliment.
“Charlie Sheen demands Obama investigate 9/11; says attack was masterminded by Bush admin.”

Che Guevara died young.
> being called the Che Guevara of Hollywood, even by a twit like Morgan, is no compliment.
Being called the “Che Guevara” of anything ought to be viewed as a mortal insult. A dirty, grubby, unkempt, disorganized, grabasstical scroat that once-upon-a-time accidentally had a good photograph taken.
I wonder if that was Morgan’s intent...
I think it's the "no such thing as bad publicity" thing. Sheen's a train wreck, but now EVERYONE knows about his show. They'll get higher ratings than ever if it ever comes on again just out of morbid curiosity. Sheen may be right... he may deserve a raise.
Not...
The conclusion the press is trying to avoid...
Charlie Sheen is a drunk, drugged-out, whacko idiot.
Charlie Sheen is a truther that believes George Bush was the master mind behind 9-11.
Ergo.... “Truthers” are drunk, drugged-out, whacko idiots.
The Che? Really?
You mean Charlie Sheen murdered people in cold blood?
He liked to sit on the balcony and defecate on people demonstrating in support of him?
He claimed to be a big brave soldier who vowed to go down fighting but who in turn, when his opponents were closing in, threw up his hands and surrendered with a loaded gun?
Denounce Che the commie murderer every chance you get. These idiots who hold him up as some sort of folk hero are about as dumb as you can get.
