WI Dem Assemblyman Admits He Threatened Republican Colleagues
The Weekly Standard ^ | February 28, 2011 | John McCormack

Posted on 03/01/2011 3:20:27 AM PST by Scanian

On Monday, Milwaukee AM 620 WTMJ radio host Charlie Sykes detailed an encounter between Democratic State Rep. Gordon Hintz, who had previously been busted in a prostitution sting, and Republican State Rep. Michelle Litjens, in which the rules of civility were completely ignored after a vote to “engross” a state budget repair bill.

“After the vote to engross, he turns to a female conservative Republican, who is also from the Oshkosh area, looks at her and says, ‘You are f—ing dead,’” Sykes said. “He didn’t say ‘f—ing,’ he said the whole thing. He says to a female colleague, ‘You are f—ing dead.’”

There isn't audio of the incident, but Allahpundit points out Democratic assemblyman Hintz admitted he cursed out his GOP colleagues, though "he would not confirm his exact comments."

“I believe my response was shock. The only way they were going to pass this bill was by ignoring and shredding rules of the Assembly,” Hintz said. “I apologized (Monday) when I learned my comments may have been taken personally by someone.”

A good old fashioned dragging is in order. He needs to be made an example of intolerable behavior.

In the 1800’s, this man would be found hanging by his neck with a note pinned to his ass. If only we could return to a time when men were men. In America today... even talking about such things that happened called History, can be prosecuted in court as a hate crime.

You do notice we haven’t heard anyone mention civility, or even Tucson, for quite a while now.

That's why I've always advocated the legalization of dueling. Cross that line of civility in addressing someones wife, sister, or mother, and you'll have a life changing choice to make: buy a suitcase and get outta’ Dodge, or choose your weapon. Public discourse and individual comportment would be much improved.

This agitator should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Wake up America.
There is no law anymore only power.
The police are marching with the protesters.
The President is declaring laws unconstitutional.
Councils are declaring cities safe havens for illegals.
Meanwhile our soldiers are being used as pawns of appeasement as excessive taxation wrestles private property from the middle class.

My goodness, this puke seems to want the entire Republican delegation to take what he said as a threat to the group of them.

I'm not sure that's digging your way out of a hole ~ more like a multiplicity of threats.

He shouldn't be allowed in the building all things considered. Just one suicide belt and he gets his way.

We usually take guys like Letterman and wait until they get drunk or high on dope and try to get them to cross the street or something. You usually don't need to put a hand on them they are that stupid.

I saw this work once and the battalion bully managed to quite willingly jump off a bridge into the Main River with a broken leg in a cast.

The threats are real. People are afraid. It isn’t “special interests”. It is “or else” threats just like in the mob movies. The Unions/Dem and now teachers ties to organized crime are real. The teachers were/are just cover. They found something that was inherently good...education, children, teachers...and used it as a buffer between that good and their bad. The Unions on the verge of not only losing power, but also money.

The big mistake the Republican woman made was not recording the comment so it could be played on every conservative radio/TV show for a few days. The media will not release any negative tape on a Democrat, so Republicans must be sure to have the recorder running when they get into the arena with these cretins.

Thank you.

I’d be tempted to chase L-man around the Theater District with a blunt object if I were in Todd’s place.

And then head for DC and do Matthews the same way.

democrat Hintz will face disciplinary action at the State legislative level and will have to appear before a judge on April 27. What is he going to plead - not guilty. He was caught in a prostitution ring.

The sad issue whenever traveling through Fond du Lac, Winneabago and Outgamie Counties instead of a bar on every corner, there seems to almost like a Gentleman’s Club or Adult Book, Video or Linigrie(sp) Store. On traveling on Wi 47 north from Appleto is beanSnapper - Adult Strip Club.

The reason a person finds out about these places are the massive Billboards on the side of the Highway. You go by the palces that are on major throuroughways and the massive sign is right there plain as the sun, moon and stars. You would have to be blind in not seeing the signs.

In traveling on Wi Hwy 29 you ran into the same problem, massive billboards advertising gentlemans Clubs and the same porn industy sites. I - 94 south of Milwaukee has the same problem.

Maybe it is time the State of Wisconsin make a clarification on the ordinances of the signs and the businesses.

Pornography destroys a family. it also allows a Democrat Assembly represntative to give an excuse for his lashing out at a female because he is also frustrated after 59 hours he did not like the results of the vote. There is 60 Republicans to 38 Democrats, they were told the votes were there already to pass, the filibusters and the attempt to utilize parliamentary trickery (Obama sent them his porn playbook from DC). The republicans saw another ruse and ended the end game.

The best thing for Representative Hinta to do is for the good of his constituents is to resign. Wisconsin recently had a republican assemblyman with repeated DUIs make a mockery in the WI Assembly with his blatant disregard, disciplined by the Assembly, he withdrew from the Republican party ran as an independent and was defeated.

In the real world of a high profile employee, is not the person disciplined and at times for threats of violence terminated immediately. Come now Mr. Hintz is a loaded gun ready to go off and his anger and sexual addiction are the the flash points to the trigger just being pulled. He has proved with going after a female assembly representative within his own County in a nearby district that abutts Oshkosh.

Yes on Monday I took the time to call the Assembly representative Jeff Fitzgerald’s office because in essence Representative Gordon Hintz is a sexual predator and it is proven by his actions in the massage parlor and on the legislative floor. I work as a mental health counselor and it is my duty to report a sexual offense. But also as a christian I will not tolerate a man who is nothing more than a bully whom threatens a woman on the legislative floor is nothing more than abusive piece of dog excrement.

This is the way Democrats and union thugs behave in WI. They have been acting like this for years in Madison. Having so many state union workers right there on site has made the Capital a living hell for Repub lawmakers for years. At any given moment, union leaders can snap their fingers and have thousands at the Capitol building threatening and screaming.
