SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — The Illinois attorney general says state police must release the name of everyone in the state who is authorized to own a gun.
Illinois state police determine who gets a Firearm Owners Identification card, which allows people to own guns. The police have always kept the list private.
But Attorney General Lisa Madigan's public access counselor released a letter Monday night saying the information should be public.

"Democrat Attorney General Lisa Madigan, daughter of the state's powerful Democrat majority leader Michael Madigan, has decided that the privacy concern is "invalid" undermining the State Police's reasoning of r refusing to release the list. Madigan's office released a letter to the press on Monday evening, February 28."

My rep is a democrat (Kevin McCarthy) and the woman I spoke to is against Lisa’s desires. So even democrats are against this.
These are the points you need to mention:
1) This puts a target on Illinois citizens who do not own a FOID card for burglars, rapists and murderers.
USE the rape, murder and torture case from Connecticut and mention they were committed by two WHITE men since libs will ignore crime committed by minorities.
2) Invasion of privacy for IL citizens with FOID cards and puts a target on their back for criminals who want access to guns.
3) Explain how thorough the gun process is. First tell them what the FOID card entails (no felony, mental illnees, illegal, ect...) then tell them about background checks.
4) Tell them that the gangbangers in the city are getting their guns illegally and do not own FOID cards.
I already contacted Judy Biggert’s office and they are contacting the Washington Office now. The lady I spoke with is a friend of mine and I don’t want to disclose any information publicly to protect her but she has Judy’s ear and Judy will be informed about this immediately.
So PLEASE contact everyone including the media. This is a threat to our Freedom and a threat to ourselves and our families!!!

According to the State Police they are overwhelmed which is great, because that means tons of people are registering!
I don’t think the IL legs would listen to a TN resident. :-P
