Sharia Law is direct opposition to the Constitution. It should be banned.

My message would be this: Why don’t the GOP announce it on the loudspeakers: If a muslim isn’t going to kill a homosexual, practice polygamy, or bully someone for not practicing Sharia, then that Muslim will have no problems with this law. I wonder why plenty of Democrats aren’t concerned about what certain parts of Sharia Law say? It almost sounds hypocritical that they aren’t the ones pushing this kind of legislation forward, bugt I guess I should have expected that from their opinion of illegal immigration.

They’ll probably have to make it apply to Moose and non Moose alike to get it to withstand constitutional challenge in court, and then under this egalitarianized anti-Sharia law some non-Moose saps are going to get 15 year jail terms for slapping their wives. (I assume this is talking about acts of Sharia that would be crimes in and of themselves under Western legal norms.)
What constitutional hurdles? Most of these people are probably not here legally anyway.
Sharia Law enacted...15 Years Automatic. All other crimes compounded. Any Sharia misdemeanor...Auto Felony. Deportation of non-citizen after sentence completed. Loss of US Citizenship & deportation for violation of Oath of Allegiance mandatory where possible. Death sentence only when appropriate, however we all need to make Our Country as unappealing to ALL Muzzies as humanly possible, or our descendants will be carpet kissing compasses too.
Some of Sharia Law’s precepts run contrary to U.S. law and in that regard they should be prohibited, but the rest may be imposed by a local legislator as far as I’m concerned.
Indeed I would argue that it should be possible for a state to completely embrace Sharia Law.

For those who have never been to the far east, that statement is the farthest from the truth that I’ve ever heard.
“Haggle and lie” is a normal way of life over there and to haggle correctly, you have to lie and cheat. I’ve been there over a period spanning 3 years and even today I occasionally brush my back pocket that contains my billfold to make sure that a pick-pocket has not stolen it. One of the many lessons I learned to protect myself from those “honest” Muslims.

Where is the line drawn between the law and muzzie societal constructs?
Sharia is all over the map and goes too far beyond the bounds of law (as we understand it), i.e. is too inextricably bound to minute muzzie social norms and morays, to ever be reasonably made applicable to any logical western (read that sane) English Common Law legal code.
Sharia doesn’t work anywhere it is practiced. Only a proselytizing muzzie who would rather kill you than be near you, could ever argue in favor of such a move...oh, and idiot lefty loons.
