He’s probably guilty of manslaughter. He should go to jail.

The husband ‘approached’ the driver. That sounds awful calm. Hmm.

Disagree. He was simply doing his job. I see this as a case of the wife being stupid and careless. And she died as a result of her own carelessness.

Considering the economy, especially in the construction-related field of architecture (my profession), I’m going to hold onto my ‘99 Grand Cherokee a few more years.

Hes probably guilty of manslaughter. You must have information that contradicts what was reported.
He should go to jail.
Why? Is the operator of a train guilty of manslaughter when someone jumps in front of it?

Interesting headline since it really wasn’t her car.

This woman desearves the Rachel Corey award. Don’t assume the driver sees you when you move in front of a vehicle.

Man ... that’s a sad story, not just for the woman who got crushed, but for her husband and for the tow truck driver. The two men have to be hurting. Yet it is right and moral that the car be repossessed if she wasn’t making the payments. Just sad all around.

Soon it will be illegal to repo a car in Commiefornia. Paying your bills is optional.

Thsi is the story of a Rachel Corry lady who stood in front of her car to keep it from being repossessed and a Bulldozer Operator ,truck driver who was determined to move her or kill her.
Both are equally at fault, and the Lady is dead.
Don’t tell me the guy hasn’t got any mirrors on his tow truck, I know better.

so is the wrongful death lawsuit. I hope he has good insurance and he might need a lawyer for the criminal charges.
