SACRAMENTO A Sacramento bounty hunter is offering his services to track down Democratic Lawmakers from Wisconsin.
The lawmakers have reportedly fled to neighboring Illinois to delay a vote on a bill that would cut public employee benefits and take away collective bargaining rights. The bill was suggested by Governor Scott Walker to help the state of Wisconsin balance their budget. But it has split the legislature along party lines, and Democrats fled the state last week to boycott the bill.
Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla says he is willing to hunt down the Democratic lawmakers and bring them back to Wisconsin. "I don't know if they need to be handcuffed to their chair, or just in the state. But I said we can get the job done," Padilla says.
**SNIP**
Padilla is waiting to hear if Governor Walker will deputize him and give him the go-ahead to track down the lawmakers.

Just track the MSNBC film crew,
The worst possible photo op would be the pregnant senate democrat Julie Lassa being dragged into the chamber in handcuffs. I predict the rats will use her as bait to get that kind of photo and video.
IIRC, this is the guy who worked the Casey Anthony case...
I would love to see Dog round them up..
LOL!
I wouldn’t put it past these loony lefties to actually have this happen purposely.
I could actually see them asking the union-backing police officer to handcuff her and drag her in. Nothing these people do surprises me....NOTHING!
U think he lost his license, also. For something else in California. memory a little vague.
Ahahahaaa...get DAWG!!!!
Get The Dog, LeeLand, Duane Lee, and Beth.
Beth will have to wear sensible shoes for a change since it’s icy around these parts now. (all that icy globull warming doncha know)
There’s fear and darkness all around them (OK a nice hotel room)
The 14 criminals are on the run
Though they’re a hidin’ in Illinesia
He’ll hunt them down cause he’s The Dog
He’s the Dog
The big bad dog
The Bounty Hunter
The 14 traitors need a Chicago Tune Up before they leave Illinois.
And Walker should state in no uncertain terms that such forced return is unacceptable; the senators should return home only upon their respective decisions to do so.
Only worth hiring him if he agrees to be paid by the scalp. (just kidding, really)
I'll bet they used their own credit cards to pay for rooms/gas/food. I'll bet they're making calls on their own cell phones, calling numbers of known associates. Maybe using their own email accounts... Drove their own vehicles with OnStar or iPass or some such. Real bush-league stuff that the bounty hunter might spend all of an hour or two tracking down. The wildcard here is that these guys may have enough political support to have someone advising them, or who is providing monetary support so they can stay off the grid. But they only need to find/return a couple to reach a quorum, right?
That idea raises an interesting question. If they are using their own resources, they'd be childishly easy to track. If they are getting support from others though... Isn't that an example of a public servant accepting gifts? Aren't there laws/limits on that? Could these Senators be breaking that law while hiding out?
Nuts to that haul one in, I want Wisconsin to get jobs back in my state!
Yep that name sounds familiar to me too from that case. I was just reading another thread on another board about the proceedings in Orlando. That poor little girl.
Why doesn’t CBS, ABC or NBC just go ahead and make a reality show about this? It’s about as weird as any other show on TV now.
Some RATS are already complaining that it's a total waste of Wisconsin loot for a bounty hunter to be hired. (I think Rachel Madcow may have covered it tonight on her PMSNBC show - which no one sees.) Padilla will do it FOR FREE! Doesn't get much cheaper than that! Can the Dawg take that kinda pay cut? Don't think so.
