His actual bar application was available online? All I’ve ever seen was at www.iardc.org

Absolutely. Illinois Bar. Talking 2007-8. Not there now!

He absolutely "forgot" about the Soetoro alias! Michelle told all, giving her maiden and married names. The plot thickens. Somehow, the MSM also "forgot" to cover.

Both "retired." "Withdrawn." Records sealed.

Please move along. Nothing to see here.

I have been told by at least 15 elected Republicans that there is nothing to this "ineligibility thing" and that our POTUS was "born in Hawaii. let's concentrate on real problems. This is counterproductive. Might even be racist."

So let's move on, K? As Boehner said, "....if it's good enough for the governor of Hawaii ... it's good enough for me." In the likely event that Boehner had been drinking, you can always rely on the word of that outstanding conservative, Eric Cantor. He says, "Nothing here." Sarah Palin .... Huckabee ... Mitt ...ditto.

Gosh, I hope Lawyer Hemenway, Lawyer Donofrio, and Lawyer Apuzzo get the word.

Okay. KB, we don’t always agree, but I’m really starting to like you. Props for daring to say it; I usually think it, and then zip the lip. ;)

Boehner was already an affable party boy when I got to Washington, and he outlasted me! He is pleasant, with excellent social graces, and is easily the best-dressed Republican in bespoke suits, wonderful shirts, ties, and shoes. Very classy. None of that Condit Crap for him.

This completely uncalled for Republican sweep of 2010 was very upsetting to him, I am sure. Just when things were going so well ... this nasty partisan thing! He represents a district where never is heard a discouraging word and they will send him back for another 50 years, no problem. In fact, there are more Democrats on John's DC staff than in most of his district.

Thanks for the insights. Very fascinating. You confirm a lot of my most fundamental misgivings about this guy.

Munz, sounds like KB knows the man and his ways. You may find these inside details interesting.

I don't wish to convey the wrong impression of friend Boehner.

He is a gentleman, and if he is a bit ahead of the curve on ethanol power, it only serves to knock off the edges. He is just pleasantly and lightly toasted, never burnt. Collegial, non-confrontational, accommodating, and a very sharp deal-maker, non-idealogical, in fact the very opposite of Mrs. Pelosi, whose very good friend he remains. He represents nice people, so he's nice. She represents a cesspool of liberalism compounded with sexual perversion, and obnoxious minorities, so she ain't.

So far, John Boehner hasn't taken a bold step or a strong position on anything and frankly, if you're waiting for him to step out, you have a very long wait. In the meantime, your ass and other livestock might be sold down the river. In a very nice way, of course.

Others simply said they’d been told to take their names off but declined to say by whom.

Probably by the Republican leadership.

It’s scary how closely your description of Boehner tracks with my impressions. No matter what else we might not see eye to eye on, on the Speaker we completely agree.

You’re not a messenger, you’re a slimy paid obot trying to mislead FR readers with your twisted logic and BS story about writing a thesis. I think you’re a lying POS who deserve to “HANG” alongside the fraud in the WH and with anyone else who conspires to hide the truth. FU!

I’m sorry you feel that way but you’re entitled to your opinions. Isn’t it great to live in a nation where people can freely express their divergent opinions?

You take good care now.

But Boehnner said today that he is ready to lock arms over the budget.
Lets see what happens vs what he says.

It is time to have him put up or shut up

disturbing is more to the point than interesting :-(

It looks like you have been right about your misgivings. I hope things turn around fast though.

Every day that passes we get that much closer to the unthinkable

He’s probably not paid. He’s an Alinsky Obama shill (when he’s not shilling for Islam, that is). Unfortunately, he loves attention, even negative attention. If you really want to irk him, ignore him.

To see where he’s coming from, read this excellent post. Lucy nailed the Site Pest, and there is some great info in her excerpts:

now,now jamese777, you know that a couple off state judges can not overturn the Constitution. Also when has any court declared that obama was even born in Hawaii? There is a big difference in obama claiming that he was born in hawaii and actually providing proof?

And that is the way it should be. They should be traditional Americans (provable) and NOT have hidden backgrounds that are hidden and glossed over....

The power of this country, that power not left to protection from without and a select few of other duties, should be rightly invested with the STATES. This bastardized national/Federal mutation is an abomination.
