Do you have further information on this guy, that he does indeed pray in front of the WH on a regular basis? If so I could more easily understand yours and others points of view. Though I originally heard the information about that man via Glenn Beck and did only moderate research for verification, I will see what I can find to satisfy your question. Even if it was his first time EVER praying at that site, I am not in favor of the behavior of those featured in the video I linked to this thread. I don’t imagine you or other FReepers were involved in that, however, so my criticism is not ofyou.

Please understand that it is not YOUR comments, or YOUR particular involvement that inspired my criticism. I actually enjoyed reading your take on the event. I wish I had been there, but I live in Texas. Not an easy trip to make. I just dislike that your efforts are damaged by those who feed the liberal claims that we’re a bunch of uncivil nutjobs. It doesn’t matter what THEY do, they ignore it. But our standards must be kept.

So, sorry if you thought I was criticizing you. Look back, it certainly seemed that way and I should have taken more care to clarify.

I was briefly at the counterprotest on Sunday near Times Square. We were up against the sharia lovers who are angry at Peter King’s hearings on homegrown Moslem terrorists. The tv coverage was atrocious and it was a real panderfest to the other side, led by the Geraldo interview with the very ignorant Russell Simmons and the actor from Entourage.
