yah....I got through the first page and I think this accurately restates what has been clear for some time, that the US is vulnerable to cyber attack against our economic system, and that countries like Russia and China might be interested in facilitating such a crisis, if they are not already trying to do so now.
Any free society is going to be vulnerable to those who would use that society’s freedom, laws and rules against it. It is the chance we have taken since the US was founded, and the age of information only makes us that much more vulnerable to attack.
Be prepared.

The change came with OPEC in 1973. And Libya led the way on that. Qaddafi nationalized the oil industry in Libya then.
