U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Monday launched the "100 Women Initiative: Empowering Women and Girls through International Exchanges" on the eve of the100th anniversary of International Women's Day, which marks the economic, political and social achievements of women.
One hundred women from 92 countries gathered at the State Department to begin a three-week professional exchange program in the United States.

“International Women’s Day”? How exactly do they celebrate that in Iran? Stoning any woman daring to mention it?
Or in any number of African countries? Free Female circumcisions?
It’s a bit presumptious to pretend that International Women’s Day means crap to anyone, much less in the places where a little taste of freedom for the women would mean the most.
Secretary of State doesn’t have time to bother with Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Tripoli or anything else, she has to open 100th. Anniversay of Women’s Day.
She’s a woman? Really?
And here I thought this was going to be about BillyJeff Clinton.
