A women’s conference coming to Lynchburg in October lists former Alaska governor Sarah Palin as one of its speakers.

The Extraordinary Women Conference announced Palin’s visit on Tuesday for its conference on Oct. 7 and 8 at Liberty University’s Vines Center.

“Extraordinary Women is pleased to announce that Governor Sarah Palin will be sharing her testimony of faith with us at the 2011 Lynchburg Ewomen conference,” the group’s website states under the headline, “Latest News.”

“We are also excited to share that this year’s Central Virginia conference and National Simulcast will be held in the Vines Center on Liberty University’s campus.”

Virginia will hold its presidential primary election in 2012 on March 6,

Not really. Oct is a prime month for winning votes for upcoming primaries. candidate sgive speeches all the time for good causes during the primary session for this reason.

If you notice the speeches that Palin is agreeing too they are all for charitable causes. No politcal speeches so far. SO i don’t read much into it.

I was at that rally in Richmond!! It was great! Too bad the sound system didn’t project to the folks in the far back, though.

Lets pray she runs! I sent a critical email to William Bill Kristol for being so dismissive of Sarah the last few months. Told him how disappointed I was in him about the way he has spoke of her lately.

Have not heard back yet, told him I hadn`t quite given up on him, said he still had time to come back to Sarah`s side.

Why would this have any impact on whether she is or isn’t running?

Think of it this way.

She’s intentionally scheduled herself to be doing a fundraiser for the military on the day of the NBC/Pollutico debates.

One of her representatives comes out and makes a point of saying that her not attending the debate has no bearing on announcing a presidential run.

Well...if she weren’t running, why not just let people believe what they want? Why have a rep come out and make that kind of statement?

There’d be no point to dispute if she weren’t running.

Furthermore, why wouldn’t she just come out and say now if she weren’t running? There’s no positive to being coy in this case.

There are, however, plenty of reasons why she’d have to keep her cards close to her vest if she is running. Delaying an announcement only makes sense if she has something to announce.

I never suggested she was not running for a moment, I was just asking the question if anybody thought it meant anything as to yes or no.

I pray to the Lord Jesus that she runs, I for one will be devastated if she does not run...will be looking for a tall building if she does not.

I think if you had to say is the evidence for or against, I would say for, but we need to pray that people like Bill Kristol do not convince her not to run. I already have emailed Kristol this week telling him how disappointed I am in him.
