Not that it matters to “The One” but that would be illegal. If they were federalized, then any action they took would be in violation of the Posse Commitatus Act, if I am not mistaken. (If I spelled that wrong the spelling cops will be along shortly, LOL)
The only LEGAL way for National Guard troops to be used for law enforcement is if they are under STATE control, IE: the Governor.
It takes an act of Congress to federalize the National Guard. No way that happens with the R’s in control of the House.
