Tsunami warning right now for here on Maui and all the Hawaiian islands. If it should hit here they say it will be about 3 AM. More update at midnight , I is 10 PM here in Maui as I write this. Not going to get much sleep tonight. I live only 7 ft. above sea level so am definitely in the tsunami zone. I have friends on higher safe ground so if I have to leave in the middle of the night, I have a place to go. These things usually peter out but still, not worth thumbing our noses at it. Aloha all

My brother Jason and his wife Sawa and baby son live outside Tokyo in the mountains. I haven’t heard anything yet. I can’t imagine what is going there!

My brother just called from Japan..

said this is the biggest thing he ever felt, the streets rolled like waves! The rocking lasted for over an hour, his family was screaming, the worse thing he ever felt!

Shook for like 5 min the 1st time. I never felt that hard of shaking befroe. I was out in the office, Man you should have seen those big Tokyo building swiging. Wow o WOW. Phones are still off and Trains are shut down, guess i am stuck in Tokyo, cant get back home till the trains are running.

Phones are down, but Internet is good, and Skype call ing is still good. That is good to know, SKYPE always works,
