I think there was an image from an ATM camera or security camera of a man, in the immediate vicinity of the Ryder truck, who could not be accounted for (that is to say, no one could identify him or explain his presence, and he couldn’t be found by investigators). By his physical appearance he might have been Middle Eastern origin.

I happened to see a report on the Oklahoma City bombing about ten days ago on the History Channel. Most of it was a re-hash of what is common knowledge, however there was on segment where they said that security cameras had picked up McVeigh parking the truck, and he and
a middle-eastern looking man exited and and hurried away. The description of the "middle eastern looking man" matched that of witnesses in the Ryder Rental store.
The FBI later convinced the witnesses that they were mistaken and McVeigh was alone. There was no explanation for the security tape, but as you may recall, they canceled the hunt for John Doe #2.
