According to Eric, it's unfair that more than 12% of the black population is in prison, because they are only 12% of the US population.

Never mind the fact that they commit 50% of the murders.

It's not fair to hold black people to the same standards as other people.

I would be willing to bet it's a lot more than that. When you consider the vast majority of murders in this country are related to drugs in one way or another and it seems that that is the profession of choice by blacks nowadays, is stands to reason they are commiting more than 1 out of every 2 murders.
