Shouldn’t this qualify as treason? The benefits we get from the dollar being the world currency are immense. Only someone who wants to actively harm the United States would want to change the dollar’s status.

I would love to hear his reasoning for this statement. IMO, this guy has the economic IQ of plankton. Look at a similar, albeit on a smaller scale, attempt with the Euro. I don’t get it...

I agree, should there be any doubt, the American dollar should continue to be the world currency. Just like the language of business (created by the orignators of, for and by business) continue to be English and USD.
The detractors can say what they want. Screw them.
2/3 of the world are still the barbarians who have no idea what democracy is, nor civilization and they want to tell us? Western civilization built it all and there are copiers duplicators but no originators. Just detractors who are envious and love to call us arrogant for our achievements.
