At the House Rules Committee (on-cam, fed back live), House Appropriations Committee Chairman Hal Rogers (R-KY) tells his colleagues that it is impossible to "defund" the $105 billion in mandatory spending that was approved for the health care law that Reps. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) and Steve King (R-IA) are demanding.
