Only dues-paying political party supporters should vote in their respective primary. Enough of this independent crap, because there are rarely any independent candidates on the ballot anyway.

From trolling for years at leftist boards I learned that open primaries were racist so that's why they created closed primaries. But closed primaries are also racist if they can't easily be short circuited by libs. How both can be at the same time is something they cant explain, as with most things. Being a lib means you don't have to.
