Didn't the Supremes just make it clear in Hollister v. Soetoro that they won't even recuse if there's a conceded motion to recuse based on connflict of interest or lack of legitmate appointment as their was in that case with regard to Kagan and Sotomayor and Kagan in particular had a clear conflict of interest?

Where were those on the side of justice screaming about Kagan and Sotomayor at that time. I totally missed the entire Hollister v. Soetoro case due to work, but heard after the fact that K & S did not recuse.

Was there no one screaming about that?
