The Blaze has been happy to bring you reports of the Japanese peoples’ resilient spirit and will to stick together and survive. With all of the human despair and destruction facing Japan following the country’s massive earthquake and tsunami, it would be easy to overlook the struggles of some smaller residents.

Be very aware of those that discredit or mock the animals amongst us.

Like most animals, dogs especially are very special and this video only substantiates that.

While I was on your link Robin....I saw another cool story that I’d not seen before.

It’s equally touching. ;)

From what I’ve read in reports many of the kitties on Cat Island survived...hopefully they can get them food soon or already have.

Reminds of the story of Hachiko. Look it up on Wikipedia.org, under “Hachiko”. By all accounts, it’s a true story, and quite a remarkable one at that.
