MANCHESTER, N.H. — A day after Donald Trump raised questions about President Barack Obama’s citizenship, Rudy Giuliani on Friday swatted down the "birthers" as a waste of time, saying it's "clear" the president was born in America.
The former New York City mayor — making his first trip to New Hampshire of the 2012 presidential cycle as he weighs another run for the White House — made the comments to POLITICO just before he spoke at the Manchester GOP Lincoln Day dinner here.
"He's born in the United States, I don't see any real question about that," Giuliani said. "And even if some people have some doubts in the back of their minds it's really too late and futile. ... We have so many more important things to talk about."

I think that’s the most important point. It’s simply a loser of an issue, and serves no purpose but as a distraction. He’s never going to show a BC, most simply because he doesn’t have to.
Even if he presented a BC now, the birthers wouldn’t believe it anyway, and it’s doing him a lot more good to let them spin off into the fringe and get ever more strident and lunatic. Having the birthers out there is *good* for Obama and there’s nothing he’d want to do to stop them.
Just imagine if it was Palin hiding her background. You reckon all the Democrats would be saying it was no issue??

OK Rudy, let’s say he was born in America. What I want to know is did he renounce his US citizenship? Is he a duel citizen? Because if he is he’s not eligible to run for president. Also why does he use multiple Social Security numbers?
