The love of money is the root of evil.

On the clock or not, I would not comply with a directive to attend a worship service for muslims.

If the government can make you buy “health insurance”, they can make you do anything else they damn well please. Don’t be fooled by it being declared unconstitutional, they are still going forward toward implementing it full speed ahead. They are just doing it on the qt.

Suppose it was to look for a criminal?

The article stated it involved “Islamic proselytizing”

We better get use to Islamic proselytizing and we better start doing a little in return.

I had one discussion with a Muslim who was throwing the usual stuff about how Mohammed was mentioned in the Song of Songs (Mohammed in Arabic means praiseworthy and since Arabic is related to Hebrew and praiseworthy is found in that chapter a stretched connection is made); mocking my belief that my God "died" etc. He even tried to bring the old atheist saw that Christianity was based on Buddhism and that Mary comes from the Buddhist Maya without even understanding the connection with his own faith.

Anyway, I'm not afraid of reading the Koran -- still haven't managed to get completely through it but that has more to do with priorities in time allocation rather than a fear of having a crisis of faith -- but most Muslims seem to be terrified of reading the New Testament.

Challenge them every chance you get.
