KMOV)--A St. Louis man was sentenced on Friday to life in prison without the possibility of parole and an additional 150 years, for the rape and murder of a teenage girl, and assaulting a pregnant woman causing her to lose the child.
Brandon McGuire, 28, was sentence by St. Louis Circuit Judge Donald McCullin after a jury found him guilty.
The jury found McGuire guilty of first-degree murder, forcible rape and forcible sodomy in the death of 16 year old Keyandra Jackson. Additionally he was found guilty of second-degree murder in the death of the unborn child, forcible sodomy, first-degree assault and kidnapping.

What awful writing. One gets the impression that the “teenage girl” and the “pregnant woman” are different people, but it appears they are not.

The prosecutor threw the book at him, and understandably, the jury went along.
There are two in the article: a 16 year old girl and a 41 year old woman.
"McGuire admitted to having sexual contact with both victims but denied killing them. McGuire stated he had no knowledge of how Jackson wound up dead in a trash bin or how the other woman, 41, was found bleeding on the side of a north St. Louis street."

A friend of my 16 year old g/daughter was kidnapped, along with her 1 year younger sister, when she was 5 years old. Both she and her sister were forced to submit to oral sex from the monster, afterwards he let them go free. Even at 5 years old she had a talent for drawing. She drew a picture of the pervert and from that picture, the cops knew who he was.
They caught him quickly and he’s now doing two consecutive 20 year terms in the Missouri state penitentiary. There’s a huge difference in “consecutive” and “concurrent”.
The young lady seems quite happy and well adjusted and I hope and pray that she’s ok on the inside too.
She’s on her way to do something really outstanding in the art world too, I’ve seen her work and she’s just outstanding!

I agree completely. It's a capital crime.
Why exactly did some liberal federal judges decide that hanging was inappropriate, because they personally found it distasteful? And why did they get away with it?
And Booker T. Washington would shake his head sadly, and probably say nothing.
