With 16 pirates being nabbed in this latest operation in Arabian Sea ...
Weren't there 16 pirates in the last operation too? Maybe the pirates have a thing for 16 like Farrakhan and 19.
If you see 16 guys in a little boat, shoot first, ask questions later.

Vessels should have supplies of blood and offal on board that they chum the water with

Or just plink a few of the pirates. Whatever.

Make them learn all the rules for Cricket (in English) and then shoot them in front of the targeted hotel in Mumbai.

Excellent.

I was suprised to learn that the pirates are still holding over a hundred ships for ransom.

It would have been so much more gratifying to have read “eliminates” instead of “nabs”

Does this mean you would rather that he spend our hard earned tax money on military operations that India seems ready, willing and able to perform effectively? We need for Europe to carry more of the burden of defending itself,..... Bravo to India.

I would prefer that India do exactly what they are doing, they have the right and responsibility, bravo indeed.

I would also prefer for this to be done earlier with leadership and encouragement from the United States, as India and the US have common interests here.

Overall it is cost effective for the United States to efficiently combat piracy on a worldwide basis, in coordination with responsible foreign nations like India. Cheaper in the long run.

yes!!! but India also want to shed some responsibility from its shoulders as its resources are far more stretched due to vast sea shore ,it got to keep its tab on china and pakistan too . Countries like south africa and middle east should come forward but they are all hesitating to get their act together under UN flag too.

[ Wait, the pirates attacked an Eva? And they’re still alive? ]

Shouldn’t you be stocking up on canned food in preparation for “Second Impact”?

And I don’t think EVAs get built for another 4 years, LOL.

Maybe I should apply for a job at NERV, they seem to have a good dental plan.

Which is worse, the regular “rapture” or the Human Instramentality Program???

Gawd, I am suck a geekess.

Third that, y'all. Music to one's ears, in several ways.

And although I've always favored the term "ocean-going terrorists,"
"sea brigands" will do nicely, too.
