Media Matters, the George Soros-backed legion of liberal agit-prop shock troops based in the nation's capital, has declared war on Fox News, and in the process quite possibly stepped across the line of legality.
David Brock, MM's founder, was quoted Saturday by Politico promising that his organization is mounting "guerrila warfare and sabotage" against Fox News, which he said "is not a news organization. It is the de facto leader of the GOP, and it is long past time that it is treated as such by the media, elected officials and the public.”

Let me sit over here and wait for the Holder injustice department to being an investigation, which I'm sure they'll get to right after they finish suing that school district over disallowing the muslim teacher from attending the haj this year, after they've finished forcing Dayton, OH's police department to allow Black applicants who've failed the tests onto the police department, and after they've finished the "New Black Panther Party" election farce.

A threat against a news organization must be taken seriously.

I am sure there would be no delay or equivocation then.
Any news organization that is subject to threats of sabotage or willful violence should be investigated throoughly if not by the DOJ the ncertainly by the DHS and failing that THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

I guess it depends on what they intend to do. Digging up dirt isn’t illegal but can blow up in their faces. If they try to use personal info for blackmail its obviously illegal.
The threat to use sabotage is interesting but you know they’ll rely on useful idiots for acts of vandalism. Its not illegal to lie to the media so that doesn’t mean much.
The thing is that they’ve been trying these things all along and they have failed miserably. My guess is that they’re trying to nudge the useful idiots into acting for them by breaking windows, vandalism, hacking computers etc.
Someone should go out and follow David Brock on a Saturday night. We all know what kind of video spectacle that would produce.
