A young woman confronts Bill Ayers over why he is against charter schools, and he subsequently lies to her by saying that charter schools don’t perform better than public schools. She refutes his lies in the video and confronts him after her refutation:

*video*

It’s amazing what libs will say to keep from privatization of schools. They want control so bad that they will sacrifice the education of the student to get it. That is why so many of our schools are putting out so many students who can’t read, write, or do math. Education needs to be returned to the local level and parents need to have options outside of the public sector if we want our students to flourish.

Government schools have been degraded into leftist brainwasing centers and vehicles for labor unions and other communists to extort more money from taxpayers.

Every year our local teachers unions scream for more money “for the children”.

But every year almost all the new money goes to more days off for teachers, pay raises for teachers and increased benefits for teachers.

It has reached the point that there are almost no full school weeks in the whole calendar year because of teachers conferences, teacher prep days, teacher orientation, etc., etc.

It is actually the administrators that get the lion’s share of the money. The teachers are a recipient, but in order for their arguement to carry water, they have to display some sort of credibility to their claims that the money is for the teachers and subsequently, the children.

Just like every other socialist system, they have to keep the icons of their arguement ready to trot out with some resemblance of reality to support their arguement while keeping the focus away from the real reasons.

Ayers is not a "liberal".

He's a stone cold terrorist.

He and his Weathermen buddies killed and injured a lot of people in the 1970's.

"They want control so bad that they will sacrifice the education of the student to get it. That is why so many of our schools are putting out so many students who can’t read, write, or do math."

It's all about the advancement of the union cause and the hell with the victims; the children.

Like any leftist, Ayers only likes blacks when they agree with him. He sees schools as an arena for indoctrination, as is true in any totalitarian state.

I suggest you check to see how many of these things are Federally Mandated?

Nice post. She set him up and then nailed him. He had nothing substantive to offer in rebuttal.
His use of a military school as an example was pitifully weak and playing to his supporters in the audience.
His use of Duncan as a role model makes me suspect that he is getting beaucoup funds from the Department of Education. Time for an audit of their grants.

Education vs Indoctrination, control the message - control the future, it is that simple and the left knows it!

Exactly as planned.
