Some Georgia cities formed over the past few years are too white, according to members of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus who have filed a federal lawsuit calling to dissolve the city charters of Dunwoody, Chattahoochee Hills, Sandy Springs, Milton and Johns Creek, Atlanta Business Chronicle broadcast partner WXIA-TV reports.
The lawsuit filed Monday contends that Georgia lawmakers created white majority governments when they formed new cities and that black voters may have lost the ability to elect people they want to hold office.
State Representative Wendell Willard, R- Sandy Springs, denied the claims and said cities got Voting Rights Act clearance from the U.S. Justice Department before creating the new cities.
How about dissolving the city charter of Atlanta?

Well blacks say they can not be represented by white people that whites dont understand their needs just maybe the same goes for whites.
We need a federal lawsuit, against areas of Buford Hwy being too Latino, and most of South Atlanta needs to be broken up for being to African American.

So true this is all about the fact that Fulton county is losing the White tax money it has been sucking up for decades to fund the rat holes of the city of Atlanta.
black run towns..something plenty of highminded here have no idea about when they point fingers...are usually in collapse and those in power are trying to stop the tax base flight of incorporation
somewhere like Atlanta has seen the black population in the inner counties soar as white get pushed further and further out and then those whites ..and other earners of different races who also live with said whites..try to insulate themselves for schools and services etc and the black power structure downtown will try to thwart it

Nashville has 20 percent black and little serious decay like say Memphis or Montgomery or Jackson MS but we do have Belle Meade, Forest Hills and Oak Hill and other little enclaves incorporated to various levels apart from metro Nashville guv
in Jackson MS, they would love to gobble up the white counties (relatively speaking,...these counties are far less white than most freepers live in)around urban Jackson for the cash..but they have been stopped so far

Atlanta was not a black majority urban area when I grew up in the 60s and 70s...no southern cities were..imagine that. Blacks still lived rural and before the reverse Great Trek.
Not when they major in worthless programs for degrees in "African American" studies! That degree and $1.47 will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks.............. maybe.

If you want REAL Uncle Toms then may I suggest folks like Rev. Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Charles Rangel, Rev. Jeremiah Wright and Louis Farrakhan. These blacks are all elitist liberal scum who feel they are better than regular ordinary black people.
These people live like savages and destroy the cities and neighborhoods they have taken over, once-great cities built by others. Then, like locusts, they move somewhere else to repeat the process. Don't believe me? Search in the engine of your choice for "ruins of Detroit." Visit any inner city east of the Mississippi river.
These days living inside I-285 is an Atlanta status symbol. Five years ago my intown neighborhood was 70% black. Today it’s 70% white. It’s trending this way all over the city.
The rabid klansman is a known quantity that can easily be handled. The benevolent libtard is a more clever and vicious beast that will use myriad political and social machinations to slowly destroy all things. Been going on for a long time.
I once lived in a NH community that basically said “no children”. No schools, no busing to regional schools, no parks, no nothing. You want to live here with a kid, it is your responsibility to deliver its a$$ to a school and pay for it yourself.
This is a freedom of association thing. It is quite American. It is also still legal.
Solution: File a similar lawsuit against the State of Georgia for having made Atlanta "too back", then petition the court to consolidate the two lawsuits. That ought to make for a lively courtroom.

Like doodad said, this isn’t about race. Its about money. They want to force the residents of these areas to fund the cesspit South Fulton and the City of Atlanta have become.
I live far enough North (Gainesville) that I don’t’ have to worry about this, but I hope the cities manages to survive.
And South Fulton can go to Hell.

Minorities have turned many of the large metropolitan cities into ghetto slums where crime, drugs and gangs run amuck.
Cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit and many many others.
