ALL medical students had to go into ASSIGNED areas of study chosen by the government-not by each medical student. Say you dream of becoming a neurosurgeon but urologists are needed-that is what you have to study under her hellish plan.
To lay shattered dreams even lower, for a period of years, as a new doctor, you HAVE to move where the need is shown to be greatest. If a town in Nebraska needs a, say, urologist, that is where you go-even if your plans to work with your father in his office in Florida was your dream. Tough.
And if as a DOCTOR, you choose to take on a private pay patient because that patient likes working with you, you loose your MEDICAL LISENSE if big government health care CATCHES you working with this patient. Even if you DO NOT CHARGE THIS PATIENT. Nice, huh?
Worse-as an American citizen, you will receive a list of THREE primary care doctors, THREE. You must choose one under her tyrannical plan, even if you do not like ANY OF THEM. Oh yes.
She was sued over her sneaky closed door planning and under Judge Lamberth, District Court, DC, was ordered to pay the American College of Surgeons and Physicians for using private citizens to write this plan (700 plus working in DC on this hellish nightmare) and keeping the doors locked. The lawsuit was approx. $200,000.00 dollars and I still have not discovered who ended up paying that bill. I do know that the lawsuit uncovered that there was not ONE MEDICAL DOCTOR in the entire cabal. I was sent a copy of the ruling by Judge Lamberth's office. Hillary is sick. And has shown with this plan that she uses power to kill spirit.
I still wonder who paid for the hotels etc of the 700 plus folks who spent months working on it and I still do not know if it was paid.
She is a monster.
We need a constitutional amendment that for EVERY PROGRAM the congress tries to lay upon us the congress, itself, and all members of the executive and judicial branches of government are ALSO under the rules of said program. No opting out. Then they would have to suffer like we do. As if hillary's plan had passed - a plan that exposes EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR PRIVATE MEDICAL RECORDS to thousands upon thousands of government worker eyes. Bet a lot of changes would be made if congress had to live under the rules they force upon us.
No more outs.
Congress should NEVER be able to lay upon the American people anything, but ESPECIALLY health care issues, that they themselves can escape out of. including OBAMACURSE er, CARE, EVER.
If Hillary is a human being that wanted to destroy the country with the best medical care in the world, if Hillary is so callous and tyrannical that she wanted to treat doctors with such an horrific iron fist, she is not a decent human being. But a monster.
Wonder how she would have approached her chosen field of law if the RULE WAS you go into the type of practice deemed necessary and you have to LIVE where that particular form of law practice is needed for a set number of years.
