Donald Trump doesn't give a damn
Politico ^ | 4/5/11 | Joe Scarborough

Posted on 04/05/2011 8:56:46 AM PDT by The Big Boo

I called Trump last Friday to see if he would back off his claim that the president of the United States might be constitutionally prohibited from holding his office.

“I’m not finished with that issue by any stretch of the imagination,” Trump told me. “You mock me for that, but his own grandmother says he was born in Kenya and says she was there.”

The New York real estate mogul didn’t stop with questions about the birth certificate. Trump also claimed the president’s first book was ghostwritten by a domestic terrorist.

How can Trump have the Tea Party if he’s not a solid conservative?

But I want the most conservative candidate who is not an elitibility coward to win the party nomination...(with at least a possible chance in the General)

Thought I should fix that for you so we could both agree :)

if you find one please let me know.

Trump makes a bad enemy—few what to mock him and attempt to dismiss him. If he gets any traction I fear the Thugs might try to take him out.

From a Newsmax poll that a poster at DrKateview's website posted:

Citizens for the Constitution;

Because of Donald Trump asking the question ‘Where’s the Birth Certificate”, Newsmax.com started a poll on Donald Trump for President. In just a few days, almost 200,000 people have voted, and the results are, shall we say, UNBELIEVABLE!

I do believe we are on to something here, so may I suggest we all do our part to keep this ball rolling. If you haven’t yet voted, you can do so here:

Donald Trump for President – Would You Vote for Him? Vote in This Urgent Poll

http://www.newsmax.com/surveys/DonaldTrump/Donald-Trump-for-President-/id/11/kw/default?PROMO_CODE=BF2B-1

The results can be seen below, but here are some of the more interesting stats:

1. Do you have a favorable or unfavorable opinion of Donald Trump? *required
Favorable 141,305 (79%)
Unfavorable 36,074 (20%)

2. If the 2012 election were held today, who would you vote for? Donald Trump 124,066 (69%)Barack Obama 16,777 ( 9%) Other 37,257 (20%)

3. In a Republican Primary, who would be your candidate for the nomination for president?Donald Trump 93,926 (54%) 9 others (none over 8%)"

The poll is pretty incredible,.

Wrong. He told O’Reilly he’s had an epiphany when it comes to abortion and is now pro-life. He’s against gay marriage.

coachisright.com has been in Trump's corner since January. When this piece was carried on F/R it was flamed. Things change quickly in politics don't they?

not scientific but still the momentum and feelings are strong there....

The problem with the existing pool of candidates is that they sound and act like they are politicians....wait they ARE politicians!!!!! (sarah included).

The folks that a GOP nominee wants to gain as his/her supporters don’t want to hear from politicians.

He is pro abortion and pro gay marriage. Game over.

Trump has denied that. He says he is pro marriage and anti-abortion.

I hold no animus or favor for Trump. If he runs, that is his business. Win or lose. That said, it is obvious to anyone who has bothered to read Deconstructing Obama, that he did NOT write 'Dreams of My Father.' Now that is a certainty in the life of a man where every thing else is suspect and uncertain.

The point is that had the lame-stream media investigated his alleged authorship they could have easily ascertained (PRIOR TO THE ELECTION) that his claim was a total fraud. This would have led to the rest of his alleged life being investigated, and hence, NOT elected.

Let me state at this point that I do not, have not, and would never support McLame.

The UNDENIABLE fact that he did not write the book leads to other fraudulent assertions. We do NOT know where he was born; we do NOT know who his father was; we do NOT know any of his school grades or even if he ever actually attended institutions such as Columbia; we do NOT know how such a below average student could be admitted to Harvard or who paid for his education; we do NOT know if he was ever arrested for drug possession or for sale of drugs even though we do know that he was a crack cocaine addict; we do NOT know for certain that he was or still is an active homosexual although their is absolutely NO record of multiple women who have come forth to describe romantic liaisons or even innocuous dating.

We do NOT know how or why he traveled to Pakistan or who paid for the travel; We do NOT know under what passport he traveled on.

In short, we STILL know NOTHING about this guy and yet we allow him to rule America like a delusional tyrant king!

But Trump has at least one thing right, Obozo did NOT write that book. Period!

As long as you don’t mind the Senate Majority leader package deal;
http://www.opensecrets.org/news/2011/02/donald-trumps-donations-to-democrats.html
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has received the fourth-largest amount of Trump’s contributions, including $4,800 in the successful 2010 campaign against Tea Party favorite Sharron Angle.

If that poll represents a viewpoint at a large conservative website, it likely represents the views across the nation. According the the poster at DrKatesView, the poll represents a very large pool of 200,000.

Hey I agree with you. My point is there will be a litmus test with all our candidtes. While abortion and gay marriage isn’t at the top of my list, it is for some. For most of us here, that will be a deal breaker.

I know what Trump told O’Reily. If it is true, then Trump has my vote. he is the only one with a pair. Plus the left won’t be able to touch him.

Keep talking, trump. Tell America about those newspaper birth announcements and the discrepancies between the clean microfiche copies and the original in the library of Hawaii that looks crumpled and old. Where did those copies really come from? Why doesn t one of them match it’s original? (if you don’t have the proof yet, search butterdezillion’s Sites

Here is the evidence:

http://butterdezillion.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/attention-bill-oreilly-the-rest-of-the-story.pdf

These false ads are bill O’reilly’s only proof Obama was born here.

Tell America that the media’s mocking us is an Alinsky trick, and that they are all fools, or in on the scam to make some stooge with cafe au lait skin their President for unknown reasons that may have nothing to do with our great country.

"Politico: Donald Trump doesn't give a damn "

And why should he give a damn about a pResident that he is opposing Politico?

Trump - “I’m not finished with that issue by any stretch of the imagination,” Trump told me. “You mock me for that, but his own grandmother says he was born in Kenya and says she was there.”

LoL.
