BRUSSELS (AP) -- The international aerial onslaught against Moammar Gadhafi's forces has destroyed 30 percent of Libya's military capability, a senior NATO official said Tuesday.

During attack on Serbia in 1999, afer 78 days and 31,000 sorties USAF/NATO destroyed 14 (fourteen) Serbian tanks.

They were busy hitting microwave ovens with cruise missiles and bombing wooden decoys to shreds.

Of course, they were also busy bombing real targets - hospitals, bridges, farmer markets, passenger trains, tv station and other targets of opportunity that could not shoot back.

The same pattern emerges in aggression on Libya. USAF/NATO are bombing civilan targets and poisoning Libyan landscape with depleted uranium.

The claim that NATO destroyed 30% of Libya military is laughable - they even do not know where is 32nd brigade.

It seems they make calculation based on number of wooden and inflatable decoys and junk hardware destroyed so far.

The real NATO adversaries are taking notes and arming up. That's the real consequence.

And the whole population of Libya is, what, 8 million? And the landscape is barren. And most of the powers of NATO are involved directly or indirectly in this mess. And this has been going on for a couple of weeks? Yeah, 30 percent sounds just about right. That number will be a comfort to NATO when Gaddafy wraps up his ground war in a few weeks, takes NATO captives as he recaptures all Libyan territory, and EU diplomats have to make obeisance in order to get the oil flowing again.

Obama's going to pants our NATO allies, and it will happen soon.
