Given what Barack Obama is doing to the Constitution, the economy and our future, the American people should be up in arms (metaphorically speaking, civility-hysterics take note). Citizens should be marching on Washington with pitchforks and flaming brands in hand (also a metaphor). Every city should see demonstrations to make the most raucous Tea Party rally look like Sunday night in Pierre, S.D.

Instead, it’s a mental fog as usual. Hey, the unemployment rate is now (barely) below 9%! Wasn’t that a cold winter? Gee, I wonder what zany, drug-induced thing Charlie Sheen will do next?

Want results? Have 5000 people camp outside Chris Matthews house for a weekend. Send threatening letters to Katie Couric. Throw pies and food at Ezra Klein. Send letters to every company that advertises on local network affiliates threatening not to buy anything until the local left wing commentator is fired.

I've said it before: Americans know we are a defeated and conquered people. We knew it in November of 2008. We just didn't want to admit it. Now that we can clearly see that the election of 2010 did no good whatsoever to release us from the chains, reality has come home to roost.

We have lost to the Left, and there won't be a reprieve while the Obama regime rules our lives with an iron hand.

This is like a science fiction movie that has somehow sucked us into the screen from our movie seats.

The elements of The End are coalescing very quickly. You see events and trends worldwide preparing to fulfill Biblical prophecy in practically every area of society and culture, for example:

- the God of the Bible being marginalized since around 1900 and pushed out of people's consciousness in a way never seen world wide since the first century,
- people "not receiving the love of the truth" but willing suspend what they know to be true for lies, as the first signs of "strong delusion" as prophesied in Scripture and seen in the wholesale embrace of fictions like "Darwinism" and governmental economic "solutions" (setting up for political and economic desolation and this World Ruler),
- drugs warping minds and opening them up to spiritual darkness and delusion,
- homosexuality on the ascendancy world-wide,
- the rise of Isalm and worldwide Jihad with their efforts to bring in their long-awaited 12th Emam (the Beast)
- Iran and others as an imminent threat to the relatively new state of Israel,
- nuclear capabilities a hair's breadth away from falling into in the hands of madmen.

Our job is to be awake (know what's happening) but not be negative, but salt and light constraining as many as possible to come in before the door is shut and "that great and terrible day begins."

I believe there is plenty of outrage against Obama but Americans are generally too busy working and raising families to be out in the streets screaming and waving signs like some middle eastern mob or government employees asked to pay a bit more for their taxpayer subsidized health care. Yes, there is apathy in America and tons of distractions but as gas prices rise and Obama's sheer ineptitude is continuously revealed, his chances of being re-elected grow dimmer, thank God. All the GOP presidential candidate has to do in his or her campaign is look into a TV camera, as Ronald Reagan did at the end of his 1980 debate with Jimmy Carter, and say: "Are you better off than you were four years ago? Is there more or less unemployment than there was four years ago?" and Obama will be finished.

Oh, he'll probably play the race card and hope White guilt and a desire on the part of many Americans to see a racial minority succeed as president will sway voters to give him 'another chance'. However, cold, hard financial facts, the national rejection of 'ObamaCare' and the weak 'leadership' Obama has shown will ultimately doom his chances for a second term. In my opinion, and I know some will disagree, if Sarah Palin is the candidate, Obama is definitely finished, and I can't wait.
