Amid the threat of a looming government shutdown, House Speaker John Boehner is getting emotional again.
Per ABC News's Jon Karl, the Republican leader, who is known for his tears, was updating the House GOP caucus this morning on the ongoing budget stand-off when his emotions got the best of him. As he was thanking fellow Republicans for sticking with him amid the tense negotiations, the GOP lawmakers rose to give him a standing ovation, prompting Boehner to weep.
"Yes," a person at the private meeting tells ABC. "He cried, but only briefly."

I don’t know but I’m not going to argue with you because maybe Tammy Faye has a slight lisp but I’ve noticed him slurring a bit myself. If you cannot control your emotions to the point of conducting business like an adult then you need to get another line of work. I was in a pressure cooker job for 17 years and if I had broken down and cried I would have been eaten alive. The whole thing is unseemly.
Our country is on the brink of collapse and the Speaker of the House is either boo hooing in his hanky or telegraphing that they are going to cave in on the debt ceiling. Its insane. I’m about of a mind to vote for Trump.

He’s an adult who did EXCELLENT work on getting Viktor Bout into Federal custody and away from the Russians.
