FAIRLESS Hills, PA At an event at a Spanish windmill firm in Pennsylvania, President Obama suggested Americans consider selling their gas guzzlers for more fuel efficient cars. The president chided one questioner, saying: "If you're complaining about the price of gas and you're only getting 8 miles a gallon, you know,you might want to think about a trade-in."
The Associated Press reported that Mr. Obama made the comment "laughingly." However, the quote has been scrubbed from the original linked page.

Once a windmill has been built and all the subsidy checks have been cashed, its profit potential is pretty much used up. Why spend money on maintenance so the windmill can generate electricity? That was never the primary purpose anyway.
Obama hasn't changed, which is what I predicted before he seized power. He should at least switch logos for his propaganda corps.
Let's make sure the won has to change to a more efficient ride on 1/20/2013. ;-)

A “Spanish windmill firm”? The Communist government in Spain went big into windmills, but recently reversed course because even fanatical Communists realized that it was driving the country into bankruptcy. But now we’re still paying them to make windmills for us?
Green energy profits for Spain, at the expense of American taxpayers? Nice. No wonder Obama approves.
My 5000 pound gas-hog Hemi-equipped pickup truck gets 12 around town. Don't drive it much these days. That's probably about as bad as it gets.
