The clown who sent in yesterday's death threat has written in again this morning, pretending to be someone else. His reference to "Mr yahoo" is to himself, writing under a different name, yesterday.
His IP is 196.201.207.191, which traces to Djibouti, but he has claimed to be in New York and other places while I've been there. In this he is probably lying, but I am told that it is possible that his Djibouti IP is spoofed, and he is actually elsewhere.
Anyway, there are several points here:
1. If I were a Muslim, these regular death threats would be front-page news and the FBI's current tepid interest (at best) would turn into a full-throttle investigation of white-hot intensity. Think Daisy Khan.
The agencies of the U.S. Government, in other words, no longer offer equal protection to all citizens of the United States. Instead, they favor certain individuals and groups, and disfavor others, based on political calculation. My views on Islam and jihad are not in favor at the highest levels of the FBI, although they enjoy broad support at the middle level. Thus the death threats against me are of scant concern. In contrast, the Muslim Brotherhood and its agents, proxies, allies and fronts enjoy broad influence at the highest levels. Thus death threats against an individual who is one of those allies is a matter of grave and pressing moment.
2. Note the threatener's insistence that killing me would be "self-defence." This illustrates the jihadi mindset, which considers telling the truth about Islam and jihad to be an offense against Islam, and which never takes responsibility for anything, but always blames the victim.
